From the start, you will work directly with your dedicated project management team to define the most appropriate workflow management model within our thebigword GMS^™ (thebigword Globalisation Management System^™) translation management system (TMS).

This will involve working with you to automate, streamline and simplify your processes using our thebigword GMS^™ technology. The results will be a workflow or a number of workflows that work for you; increasing quality and consistency across all projects as well as maximising time and cost savings throughout the localization process. Workflows can be as simple or complex as you require, include as many manual and automated steps as your project needs, and are not restricted to localisation procedures (for example, we can cater to any of your internal authorisation processes).

Our workflow management technology includes a fully automated integration model, which facilitates the smooth transfer of content between thebigword GMS^™ and our clients’ off-the-shelf systems. This seamlessly integrates your current management system (CMS/TMS/DMS) with ours. Content for translation can be uploaded and will be delivered back into your system for immediate use. This eliminates the need for ‘copy and paste’ operations and provides an effortless end-to-end process for large-scale or time-sensitive projects, resulting in reduced turnaround times, maximised cost savings and improved quality.
