How To Order
Ordering Translation
There are a number of ways to order translation:
- The most secure way to request translations and submit files is through LanguageDirector.
- Simply go to www.languagedirector.com
- Enter your username and password and you can start submitting files for translation immediately
- If you don’t have a username and password, please contact us and we will set you up on the system

- Tel: 0870 380 0711 to speak to your dedicated Project Management team
Using the Telephone Interpreting Service
To get started you will need an Access Code, please contact us to obtain your Access Code
- Dial the relevant free phone number – 24 hours a day
- Once prompted enter your unique access code followed by the # key
(An access code is an eight digit number that is unique to you) - Select the required language followed by the # key
It really is as simple as that.

- Login to LanguageDirector and book through our simple system
