How does it work?
Whenever content translation is required, a SOAP message is sent from your application to our translation Web Service and the translation process is initiated. This involves protecting the structure of your files using our SmartProtect™ component and using translation memory to reduce your costs, improving consistency of the translations we provide to you, whilst at the same time shortening the turnaround time. Your CMS or application regularly "polls" the Web Service for completed translations, which are then returned into your application’s workflow, allowing you to concentrate on the original content while we look after the rest!
